Nord-Lock ha creato l'originale tecnologia di fissaggio a cunei che blocca le giunzioni bullonate, anche se esposte a forti vibrazioni e carichi dinamici. Grazie al cuneo creato sotto la testa della vite e il dado, l’allentamento involontario dei nostri prodotti è impossibile.

Steel Construction Washers

Nord-Lock steel construction (SC) washers are specially designed to fit both HV and HR bolts and nuts, and directly replace standard plain chamfered washers (EN 14399-6).

In order to ensure an optimal contact surface between the bolt and the washer, each SC-washer pair has chamfers on the inner diameter. Since the chamfer is present on both sides of each pair, it eliminates the risk of incorrect installation of the washer.

Material Steel 1.7182 or equivalent
Hardness HV1 > 465 HV through hardened
Surface coating Zinc flake coated free of cadmium + chrome VI
Available range M12 – M36 (NL12SC – NL36SC)

Testing & Certification

Le rondelle Nord-Lock SC sono state rigorosamente testate e dunque approvate da Istituti indipendenti e da autorità nel campo della certificazione. Possono essere utilizzate in completa sicurezza nelle giunzioni strutturali precaricate ad alta resistenza e sono validate per assiemi HV dalll'ETA-20/0010 emesso dal DIBt.

Le rondelle SC, NLO, NLSS and 254 SMO® possono essere utilizzate in completa sicurezza nelle giunzioni strutturali non precaricate in accordo con la EN 15048 e con la validazione anche dall'ETA-19/0813 emesso dal DIBt.
